Perhaps you have heard about the Secret Level in Diablo 3 which is called Whimsyshire. When you enter this secret level, you will unlock a Feat of Strength, the Banner, and the Sigil. You’ll also get an achievement award known as The Land Of The Killer Unicorns Achievement.
This level is full of things like rainbows and also unicorns, although it is alleged that the level was created as an omage to those that made complaints about the graphics in Diablo 3. Other users allege that Whimsyshire has nothing to do with disagreements over graphics, but rather it is a level which pays homage to the “Cow Level” which was in the Diablo 2 game. The truth is that gamers may never get a definite answer as to why Whimsyshire was created.

How Do You Find Whimsyshire?
In order to be able to access the secret level, you first will need to make a staff for herding. Once the staff is created, you will be able to access Whimsyshire.

Other Tips For The Level
There are other tips that gamers should know in order to find as much as possible in this level. Here are some of the helpful tips you should know to succeed:

• Obtaining the black mushroom will spawn the Cathedral. This Cathedral is located in Level 1 in Act 1
• The shinborn is important. This bone is created every so often in the fireplace which is located in Leori’s manor. This is in Act 1.
• Liquid rainbow is another important piece of the game. This rainbow will spawn the Cave located in the Mysterious Chest which is located near the Oasis in Dalghur in Act 2. In order to open the chest, you will need to rescue the elderly man. Only he can open up the chest. The easiest and quickest way to do this is to begin at the Thee Ruins . This will take you right to the center of the Oasis.
• The Wirts Bell is another important piece of the game. A merchant sells this bell at a market in Act 2.
• The Biggering Gemstone is also another important artifact to obtain. This gemstone can be obtained in the Caverns of Frost from Chiltara in Act 3. It is located near the Slaughter Fields , in the area set aside for the Ballistae fights. If you arrive at the Ice Caverns, you will need to exit and then begin again. A mob may appear, but no special set of events can make the mob appear.
• The Plans for the Staff of Herding is also important. The plans drop every so often from Izual in Act 4.
• You will need 50,000 pieces of gold to make the staff. You will need to obtain all of the pieces before you begin to make the staff.
• You can buy plans to make the Nightmarish Herding Staff. The plans will cost 1 gold off and can be purchased in Act 4. from Gorell the Quartermaster. However, you can only do this at the Nightmare difficulty level. In order to make the Staff, you will need 200,000 pieces of gold and also the Herding Staff.
