Pros
- Has a very natural feel in my hands (which we feel is the most important feature in a mouse, considering pretty much all gaming mice have a high dpi and good sensors)
- The clicks feel perfect (the left mouse click is still a little stiff but like all new mice you have to wear it in and the right click is absolutely perfect, no miss clicks by resting hand and it takes little to no effort to press. A huge pro in our opinion)
- The coating on the mouse is that soft rubbery plastic feel that gives you both drip and comfort
- The mouse feet glide effortlessly
- The mouse art style and software art style!
Cons
- The left side mouse buttons feel like they are part of the rest of the mouse unlike the right side ( for some this might be a pro but some people have trouble pressing the left side mouse buttons sometimes and have trouble finding them. The right side mouse buttons are not like this and i don’t know if it was meant to be like that or a manufacturing flaw).
- I sometimes accidentally press the left side mouse buttons.
- Not able to adjust dpi by increments of 1 (not too big of a deal but playing StarCraft 2 at a somewhat high level you want to have the perfect sensitivity without changing 6/11 windows mouse sensitivity so you have true 1:1 movement. I am currently using 700 dpi and it feels a little too fast but the only other option is to go to 600).

Conclusion
The SteelSeries Diablo® III mouse is specifically designed to withstand the rapid click punishment of the game and promises a guaranteed lifespan of 10 million click. The Steelseries Engine software allows customization and macros, which are VERY useful for playing Diablo, and any other game for that matter. But they are not overbearing.
The side buttons are well placed and easy to press, and highly versatile. The shape of the mouse is very comfortable and feels like it molds to your palm. The mouse uses a laser tracking system and seems to work flawlessly, even on a glossy wood desk.
Overall we are very pleased. We’ve found the mouse great for casual use as well as perfect for Diablo III. Remember…this is a GAMING mouse! If you’re using it solely for anything other than playing games, then the SteelSeries Diablo III Mouse is not for you.
